Certified CSR/Dispatcher Commander Level

The ServiceTitan Certified User program validates the earner's ability to operate and administer the tools and features across ServiceTitan, the most widely used business management software solution in the home and commercial service industries.
In order to earn this certification, the learner, who administers ServiceTitan within their company, is required to pass a series of assessments organized into the following sections:

  • Managing Customers and Locations

  • Managing Jobs and Projects

  • Call Booking and Phones

  • Dispatch Management

  • Dispatch Route Management

  • Adjustable Capacity Planning

  • Customer Communications

  • Call Center Best Practices

Our role-based certifications follow a progressive curriculum structured in a learning path tailored specific to user roles. These pathways begin with a foundational level and allow learners to build upon their knowledge until they reach a more advanced understanding of ServiceTitan. 

Upon completing a level, learners earn a badge to recognize their achievements. Ultimately, by earning all three badges and successfully completing the final certification, users achieve the coveted status of "Certified User" in their chosen role. The levels for this learning journey are as follows:

  • Explorer: At this level, users gain a basic understanding of the product and how to navigate its features with confidence.

  • Navigator: Users at this level hone their skills and work towards being able to effectively guide others in using the product. They gain a deeper understanding of its capabilities and learn to navigate through challenges with ease.

  • Commander: Users at this level demonstrate exceptional mastery and leadership in using the product and are able to orchestrate complex tasks and lead others to success.
