The ServiceTitan Certified Administrator program validates the earner's ability to operate and administer the tools and features across ServiceTitan, the most widely used business management software solution in the home and commercial service industries. In order to earn this certification, the learner, who administers ServiceTitan within their company, is required to pass a series of assessments organized into the following sections: - Settings, Operations and Reports - Accounting Operations - Customer and Job Management - Sales, Estimates and Finance Partnerships - Membership Management - Purchasing and Inventory - Mobile Operations
