ServiceTitan Certified Provider

The ServiceTitan Certified Provider Program identifies independent consultants and coaches that have extensive industry knowledge and the ServiceTitan product. Once certified, individuals and organizations become a part of our network of industry leaders who have earned our trust in carrying out services complementary to those we offer. Becoming a Certified Provider opens the door to new business opportunities & several other benefits. For our customers, STCPs can play an integral part in their success by providing support, coaching, job specific training, etc. To earn the Certified Provider credential, consultants/coaches need to pass 2 levels of several ServiceTitan topic-specific exams included in the curriculum. Level 1 exams contain randomly delivered multiple questions on a specific ServiceTitan topic to test their knowledge of the product. Level 2 exam questions are application/scenario based questions. Test takers are tested on their ability to apply their ServiceTitan knowledge with a series of real world questions and prompts from the customers they might assist in the future. They are required to record themselves while sharing their screens answering those questions.
